Well that was one of the best weekends we have EVER HAD thanks to LG104.3FM and The Harmony Arts Festival! Saturday night we took the stage in English Bay opening for Trooper and played to 500,000 people! Yup. 500,000 people. And Sunday we played to the kindest, most attentive audience of music lovers who truly made us feel like we were exactly where we are supposed to be. It was an insane rush like we've never felt before and solidified exactly why we've been pushing ourselves for the last 3 years. Now we have some changes coming in the near future, but with change comes opportunity. We are refreshed, inspired and ecstatic to get into the studio after this busy summer and get cracking. But we aren't done yet! We've got a few more before we go into hiding for awhile, hope to see you out there friends!

Since their inception in 2013 Lovecoast has been delivering a new sound that won’t go unnoticed. Their blends of old soul, fresh pop and hard hitting grooves leave you feeling fresh and nostalgic all at once. After a successful 2015 gracing stages like Pemberton Music Festival 2015, Lovecoast hasn’t let 2016 slow them down. Along with their newly released single ‘The Floor’, this 5-piece soul-pop group played JUNOfest 2016 and were named Band of the Month for April 2016 at The Zone 91.3 in Victoria.

ust like their 2014 debut EP “Chasing Tides”, Lovecoast’s newest single ‘The Floor’ was produced and engineered by JUNO nominated producer/engineer Tom Dobrzanski (Hey Ocean, Said the Whale, We Are The City). Once again, Dobrzanski brought out the best in the band as ‘The Floor’ glimmers with mature pop stylings and 80-synth inspiration, truly speaking to Lovecoast's dance driven nature and tight musicality. Now a strong five-piece with their eyes set firmly on the horizon, Lovecoast is an up-and-coming band to watch.
